GM Chamber of Commerce launches its very own “Learner Drivers Club – the golf society for beginners”

In a new initiative aimed at introducing golf to beginners, Jennifer Shaw Events (who manages the main GM Chamber Golf Society) is pleased to announce the launch of the GM Chamber of Commerce Learner Drivers Club, in association with Business in Golf. The launch event for this new society for aspiring golfers will take place on Tuesday 18th November at Playgolf, Trafford Quays, Manchester,  M17 8PG.

The event will begin at 6pm until 8.30pm. As well as networking over nibbles and a glass of wine with like-minded people, there will be an opportunity to hit some balls on the night under the supervision of Playgolf’s superb team of PGA pros.

The "Learner Drivers Club" encourages people to develop new, profitable relationships by sharing a common interest - learning the game of golf!

Aimed at business people and professionals, Learner Drivers breaks the mould of traditional golf clubs or societies by focusing on people with little or no golfing experience. Using a mixture of driving ranges and academy golf courses, Learner Drivers brings together people of similar experience levels, under the watchful eye of professional instructors.

Tickets for the launch are £10 for GM Chamber members and £20 for non-members.
